Ice Fishing Day – Saturday, February 16

Update:  Wednesday, February 13
Due to the extreme cold weather, we won’t be enjoying our day out on the lake this year.   It’s been too cold on Family Weekend for two years now, so next year has to be better.   🙂

.
The Alberta Government lets everyone fish free on this day, without a license. If you have ever wanted to try ice fishing – now is your chance!
.

.
Join the crowd on the ice to try your hand at ice fishing! All equipment, hot dogs and hot chocolate supplied.
Please dress warmly and bring some food / snacks to share and a friend with whom to enjoy it all!
.
Location: Burntstick Lake
Meeting Place: Sobey’s/IGA in Sundre, AB, 9:45 a.m., leave at 10:00 a.m.
